COMPANY POLICY
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER:
Orders may be placed via fax, phone or email. Once received, our experienced
sales staff will review the order. Once verified we will either fax you or email
a confirmation of the order for your approval.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or money
order. Payment is expected in full at time of order placement. If paying with
money order, order will be placed once money order is received.
FREIGHT:
Freight is free for all orders over $2,800.00 east of the Mississippi River and
over $5,600.00 west of the Mississippi River. We do not charge a handling fee.
CANCELING ORDERS:
Once order is approved by purchaser order cannot be canceled.
DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS:
Homeowner is responsible for unloading truck once it arrives and verifying order
is received in good condition. If there is any damage, trucking bill of laden
must state that and be signed in order to file a claim.
ERRORS:
Any errors must be reported within 24 hours. After 24 hours the sale is considered
final.
RESTOCKING FEES:
Any material requesting to be returned will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Homeowner is responsible for all freight charges that are incurred in the return
process. All material must be boxed and in perfect condition. Once returned a
Security Fence employee must inspect and approve material before credit is issued.
